Menrone Privacy Statement

Menrone has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. Your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern. Information Gathering and Usage

Menrone gathers information about you from data that you provide through such things as optional or mandatory registration, online surveys, and contests. The types of personal information collected can include name, mailing address, phone number, email address. We may also ask you to provide us with demographic information such as your job function OR contact preferences. Menrone may enhance or merge your information collected on our site. Such information enables us to better tailor our content to your needs. The information you provide will be used to support your professional relationship with Menrone. Among other things, we want to help you quickly find information on Menrone Web sites.

Message Boards/Forums

This Web site may make forums and message boards available to you. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Electronic Newsletters

Menrone offers various free electronic newsletters. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the instructions provided in each electronic newsletter or emailing info@menrone.com .


Menrone offers contests in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address. In some cases, the entrant must answer mandatory survey questions about personal data. The information gathered in the entry form is used to verify the entrant's identity and eligibility, to contact winners or prize recipients. Because the rules and terms of each contest can vary, all information about each contest is clearly posted during the event.

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files to automatically log information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp. We log this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. For areas of our site that require registration, we log the user's id and specific information concerning the user's activity on the site. This information may be tied to the user's other personal information and, if so, it is used to support the user's professional relationship with Menrone.


Cookies are used to enhance your experience on our sites by allowing us to tailor our content based on your interests. A cookie is a small data file that is saved on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user ID, which the site uses to personalize content and track the pages you've visited. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Menrone offers you the ability to correct or change the your information. You may change this information by returning to that site or emailing info@menrone.com . You may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters by emailing info@menrone.com . You may also update your profile and communication preferences using the preferences capability on the site.

Deleting/Deactivation Policy

Menrone does not offer you a means by which to completely delete personal information, but you can deactivate your identity within our database. To deactivate an identity, email info@menrone.com .


Menrone operates secure data networks protected by a firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only by a individual whom we trust have access to the information provided by you. Any particularly sensitive information is encrypted prior to transmission.

Children's Privacy Protection

Menrone Web sites do not target and are not intended for children under the age of 16. Menrone Web sites will not knowingly collect personal data from children, and will delete such data upon discovery.
